Updated latest version is "iphone3G". It supports 3G services and it provides user friendly changes such as inclusion of a Bluetooth device. Now this new model is a available in the market, with its high end multi touch screen technology, It supports Bluetooth 2.x and having 16 GB internal memory. These phones are supports SIM locking. The SIM card slot which is placed in a small slot on top of the phone, which can be ejected with a small tool. Initially Apple launched iphone with 8GB internal memory, after that new latest one with in-built 16GB internal memory, with no external memory card slots.
