No singer likes to be told they have bad intonation, and it is one fundamental aspect of singing that must be learned. It is difficult at first to not sing flat, or out of tune---singing in tune can be learned. Try to learn to distinguish when you are singing flat or out of tune pitches, and there different techniques to teach you how to prevent weak intonation.

Next, singers need to work on strengthening their breath support so that their breath supports their singing. Every time you practice or perform in front of an audience, make sure the air is flowing through your lungs so that your voice is fully heard. When you breathe properly, you will find that your voice is stronger and clearer than it was before.

In order to become a good singer, anyone learning voice must develop a firm foundation of skills that will help you sing properly. By practice the basics that every singer should know, you will be that much further ahead than others. You will be aware of correcting an potential vocal problems and develop a solid mindset as a performing singer.
