The majority of western cultures are no stranger to dieting. With so many books and products for weight loss you would think we could easily win this battle, but the scales are tipping, in the wrong direction. We want Weight Loss for Life, but often that loss is short lived.

Some say stress is a factor, others say it's the foods we eat, or the combinations. There are many that do eat healthy diets, and exercise as well, yet they continue to battle the forces of excess weight.

Excess weight is more than just a cosmetic concern; it's truly a health issue. Excess Weight equals excess fat, and fat is a container not just for the "future time energy supply" but a space where we hide away the toxins and other harmful substances that are introduced into the body.

The only hope, when we cannot release those toxins through the normal pathways is to hide them away within the body. We store toxins in our fat cells in order to protect our vital organs.

What we do not talk about, or listen to, in our day to day lives, is the harmful substances we consume. We do not talk about toxicity or parasites either. If there was one single cause, and single treatment, it would be much easier to diagnose and treat.

In our individual environments, the exposure we have to bacteria, fungi and parasites, and even our intake of water and nutrients vary. There is no one answer, but answers can be found, and with answers come solutions. Winning Weight Loss should be for Life, instead of any other option.
